My art is all about celebrating the wonderful world of botanicals, with each piece carefully crafted to showcase this beauty in intricate detail. I start by sketching and inking and then bring the image into my computer to create digital magic. Nature is my biggest inspiration, and you'll see that reflected in the vibrant colors I use. From calming tones to bursts of cheerful hues, my work aims to bring a little bit of joy and the wonders of the natural world into your life.

Growing up in a creatively rich environment was a journey woven with threads of ingenuity and tradition. Surrounded by the vibrant energy of my home, art was not merely crafted but born from the materials at hand, transforming everyday objects into expressions of imagination. It was within this eclectic atmosphere that I first learned the art of stitching as well as creating art from the world around me.

Originally raised on a small farm in Northeast Kansas, my husband and I moved to the Mojave Desert in California after college where we began raising our 2 children. We then relocated to Maryland where we currently reside. These varied locations have provided me many of the rich life experiences from which I draw my art.

My goal is to create images that resonate in my soul and create a contented and happy joy for other people. If you are interested in licensing my work or collaborating on artwork, please contact me.
